A fabulous publication accompanying the "Conscience of the Human Spirit: The Life of Nelson Mandela" exhibition, first presented at the IQCAfrica, Johannesburg 24-26 July 2014, has been produced by Marsha MacDowell (Michigan State University Museum) and Carolyn L. Mazloomi (Women of Color Quilters Network). The publication includes the 81 tribute quilts from South African and US quilt artists.
